Farm Manager / Agricultural Engineer
Lead and manage daily farm operations across our 100-acre organic estate in Kharga Oasis. You will oversee crop planning, irrigation systems, soil health programs, and a team of agricultural workers. This role is ideal for someone passionate about sustainable agriculture and organic farming practices in arid environments.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in farm management or agricultural engineering
- BSc in Agriculture, Agronomy, or related field
- Experience with organic farming certification processes (USDA/EU)
- Knowledge of drip irrigation and water management in arid climates
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Fluency in Arabic; English proficiency preferred
